1) What is regulation and why do media industries need to be regulated?
Regulations are rules that make sure that organisations operate fairly. It is needed to make sure certain content that isn't suitable 

2) What is OFCOM responsible for?
OFCOM is responsible for regulating the media like radio and TV.

3) Which do you think are the three most important sections of the broadcasting code?
. Section 1 ~ Protecting under 18's
. Section 2 ~ Harm and Offence
. Section 8 ~ Privacy

4) Do you agree with OFCOM that Channel 4 was wrong to broadcast 'Wolverine' at 6.55pm on a Sunday evening?
Wolverine includes violence and it was wrong of Channel 4 to broadcast Wolverine before 9pm. The content is unsuitable for children to view. 

5) List five of the sections in the old Press Complaints Commission's Code of Practice.

6) Why was the Press Complaints Commission criticised?
It was criticised for the lack of statutory powers. Critics claim that many articles seem to fly on a frequent basis in the face of the law and that very little is done to deter them.

7) What was the Leveson enquiry and why was it set up?
It is an enquiry into the "culture, practice and ethics of the press". It was set up after a phone hacking scandal. 

8) What was the PCC replaced with in 2014?
It was replaced by the IPSO. ( Independent Press Standards Organisation )

9) What is your opinion on press regulation?
To make sure audience receives correct information, newspapers should face regulation. I think that newspapers should not be allowed to invade people's privacy.

10) Why is the internet so difficult to regulate?
The internet is so difficult to regulate because technology is so advanced and always improving. There is always multiple ways to access certain material.
