1. Put last week's audience theories in a 1-4 rank.

2. Put the statements on social learning theory in a 1-10 rank, based on which ones you agree with/disagree with most.

1~Trying to restrict media products from certain audiences is impossible in the digital age

2~Small children spend too much time on YouTube

3~Social learning theory demonstrates why age restrictions on media products are so important

4~Audiences are more intelligent and less easily led than Bandura’s social learning theory suggests

5~People who commit horrendous crimes such as gun massacres would be violent regardless of the media they consume

I agree with one because media and technology is always evolving and improving. There are so many ways for people to access content that is restricted. I agree strongly that restricting media from certain audiences is extremely difficult.

I also believe that small children spend too much time on you tube. They can then come across content that is not age appropriate for them. Nowadays parents shove a phone in their child's face to distract them. Younger children have phones as well nowadays so they have even more access.

The social learning theory proves to us why certain content should be age appropriate. Age restriction make sure that inappropriate things are not viewed by young children.

4. Write a paragraph number 10 at the bottom of your list, explaining WHY you disagree with the statement.

I disagree with the fact that taking your aggression on video games, makes you less likely to commit violent acts in rel life. This is because I feel that violent games only increases their want to be violent. I think that violent games make one think that it is okay to commit violent acts in real life.
